Returns

Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email support@everdeal.in with your order number to start a return.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this link to track your package throughout its 5–7 day delivery window, or check your order status directly by logging into your account.

We offer a 3-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging and condition. To start a return or exchange, simply email our support team at support@everdeal.in with your order number within 3 days of receiving your item, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders so you can pay when your item arrives. Prepaid payment options (such as UPI and Credit/Debit Cards) are coming soon!
